You can return the products within 5days of placing the order. The amount will be refunded after the product has been collected. After 5 days, you will not be allowed to create a return request

Refund will be processed only in case of successful order cancellation. In case the request for order cancellation is approved, we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of approval.

If paid by debit/credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Razorpay payments refund will be made to the same account.

If the item is already shipped, any refund will be processed only on receipt of the physical item for which return has been initiated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you have received any damaged product, please initiate a return within 3 working days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick-up the damaged product from your door-step and we will provide a replacement at no extra cost within 7-10 working days.
